You talking about work? If so..it’s gonna happen eventually. How do you think Helen feels? She’s been there 15 years and has seen nearly everyone go up a level. It’ll happen eventually.

I think they want Ashley to move up so she can be full time overtime. To take Scott’s place come May. It’s in the air though.

Plus, the full time overtime position helps her spend more time with her daughter rather than the full time day shifts.
